With over 30 years of experience as a creative and marketing professional, both as an independent business owner and as Director of Creative Services at a large venue in South Florida, Greg is especially adept at discovering marketing opportunities to help organizations enhance their image and visibility.
Greg takes a consultative role with clients, partnering with them to achieve quality business growth. Together with his business partner, Jen Setzer, they develop and implement marketing strategies, delivering creative and fresh campaigns to the client’s target market. Greg’s numerous awards, including two Addy Awards, reflect the creativity and technical proficiency he brings to every project. As founder and principal, Greg continues to consult with clients on how to attract the right customers. He advises clients on creating messages to stand out in their customers’ minds. He has a passion to truly make a difference for his clients and help build their businesses.
Greg married his high school sweetheart, Maren, whom he met when he was 15 years old. He has three boys, Ryan, Kyle, and Evan, who have all flown the coop and living in Charlotte and Raleigh, NC.
Greg attends church at Calvary Chapel in Apex, NC, and truly believes in the principle of paying it forward for the cause of Christ. He knows that each day has its challenges but believes that all things work together for good for those that love The Lord (Romans 8:28).

Jen Setzer is a principal with Precision Marketing Partners. With over 20 years of experience as a business management consultant and executive coach, the value that Jen delivers to customers is tremendous. She is naturally intuitive and insightful about what will help a client grow their business. She has always been idea-driven and creatively focused and loves spinning compelling messages and campaigns that drive new business and keep existing businesses engaged.
Jen is in tune with and always checking on a company’s alignment with its core values and goals, keeping an eye on the present and how it is shaping the desired future. Jen brings a depth of communication intelligence to Precision Marketing clients who have a high touch service to provide and wish to earn raving fans. Her mantra for clients is to say what you do and do what you say so others will want to come, play and stay.
Jen earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in communication studies at UNC Chapel Hill and served on the faculty of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in Management Communication before building a successful business management consulting firm and joining Greg at Precision Marketing Partners.

Whether it’s functionality, design, content, or SEO, she has the skills and the vision to make it happen. The only thing she can’t do is clone herself, but we’re working on that.
She has a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from marketing agencies and management consulting firms to manufacturing companies and restaurants. She also has a knack for all kinds of marketing materials, such as social media posts, webinars, press releases, case studies, white papers, and more.
Jodie is a world traveler who has lived in different places in the Carolinas, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and now the hill country of Texas.
Internal Client Account Lead & Senior Copywriter
Kris meets regularly with client liaisons and works closely with PMP’s principals to produce strong client results on all marketing needs, including print materials, customer communication email campaigns, new websites, website updates, blogs, social media postings, ad campaigns, and more. She is an excellent listener, communicator, and strategist who ensures that clients’ marketing needs are met with professionalism and timeliness at all times.
Kris knows that the essential skills of a good marketing strategist and writer include knowing your audience and writing with strong Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keywords to capture and address your audience’s needs while ranking at the top of Google searches.
Always attentive to details and accuracy, Kris loves to educate. She knows how to make client information engaging and accessible to customers. She can take complex medical, technical, or legal material and put it into language that a layperson can understand and act on.
Kris has over 25 years working as a marketing strategist and writer. With a B.A. from Yale University and a Masters in Education from Harvard University,she has worked for a wide range of clients, including a trade journal, consulting company, and an online education company. She has worked with a range of industries, including healthcare businesses and nonprofits, veterinary hospitals, law firms, educational institutions, and more. She loves the power of the word to inform, influence, and delight, and she goes after facts and information with precision, something we value here at Precision Marketing.
Production Coordinator, Reputation Specialist, Social Media
Grace is a graduate of Appalachian State University. She earned two degrees in Public Relations and Communication Studies, with a minor in Hospitality Management. She is our production coordinator and is certified in production and project management through Zen Pilot. She understands the ins and outs of various tools that we use as a company and helps the team plan and schedule client projects. Grace is a loyal team player and is passionate about learning. She has experience devising social media strategies and utilizing social media platforms as a medium to market and advertise. She plays a part in handling our reputation management tool for clients by managing first and third-party reviews. Grace resides in Charleston, South Carolina, where she spends her free time going to the beach, listening to live music, and checking out vintage markets.
Internal Client Account Lead & Copywriter
Samantha Womack showed interest in writing at a young age, often annoying her family members with impromptu interviews and personal essay readings, however, this annoying passion soon flourished into a long-term career in writing spanning over 10 years. After receiving a degree in Communications from Florida State University, Sam went on to work as a content writer in a wide range of fields including sports broadcasting, hospitality, healthcare, and travel, as well as in advertising for large global brands. She lends her knack for storytelling to the team and continues to offer impromptu creative ideas whenever inspiration strikes. Legend has it that James Cameron got the idea for Avatar from a short story Sam wrote in the 5th grade, but that’s a tale for another day. Sam currently lives in Fort Lauderdale with her husband Patrick and a 70-pound mound of fur she lovingly refers to as her “dog” Winnie.

Jessica is one of those rare unicorns who is actually a Raleigh, NC native! She graduated from Peace College with a degree in Communications with a concentration in PR and Advertising.
Her previous background in retail marketing for a large chain, as well as a women’s retailer headquartered in Raleigh, has prepared her to do an amazing job managing all social media platforms for Harmony Animal Hospital and other PMP clients. Her attention to detail is spectacular!
She loves generating social media content, working collaboratively with our team, and dreaming up new ideas to drive traffic. Her background in creating and executing events, such as fashion shows, grand openings, pop-up shops and fundraisers, earns her the additional title of event specialist.
In her free time, Jessica is attempting to be Martha Stewart 2.0, while also being a concert connoisseur, wine lover, fashion & vintage admirer, and a volunteer for the Wake County Animal Shelter. She’s a current cat owner & future corgi owner.

Senior Copywriter, Content Strategist, & Producer
Susan earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Journalism and English. She’s been a copywriter for more than a decade, working at large ad agencies in Chicago to smaller in-house agencies in N.C. Susan has created marketing campaigns, websites, videos, TV spots, radio, and all types of ads for innovative brands like IBM, Chobani, Valassis, Lowe’s and Discover Card. She cast both Steve Carell and Jane Lynch in her very first television campaign and enjoys adding humor to most of her writing.
Her inquisitive nature supported her interviewing skills at the Chicago Sun-Times and during a large video shoot at Sysco headquarters, which she also directed. She holds several Silver Microphone awards for two ad campaigns. Her favorite award, though, is her “Best Tennis Captain” award from 2009.
She writes several blogs, reworks websites, and is well-versed in content optimization. Studying improv at Second City, and now locally with the Comedy Conservatory, has helped her think outside the box and develop effective, creative concepts for our clients.
