Content Strategist & Creator, Social Media Specialist, and Creative Writer

PMP is looking for a fun, creative writer, content strategist, and social media specialist, who enjoys interacting with clients and coworkers. This is a 1099 self-contractor position with flexibility and consideration built-in.

Other attributes we are looking for in this role include:

  • Mad Social Media skills (strategy deck, content plan, reporting) including experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, GMB, and Nextdoor platform knowledge a plus
  • Must be located in the greater Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area in order to connect with clients occasionally to gather social media photos/iPhone videos to post
  • Experience and proficiency with writing web pages and blogs
  • Understanding SEO writing and familiarity with using keywords and related keywords
  • Being comfortable communicating and interacting with clients
  • Coming up with unique ideas and clever headlines to promote client services on direct mail, digital ads, and emails
  • Knowing how to create engaging emails with subject lines that get opened
  • Contributing to creative team meetings
  • Writing video scripts and creating shot lists
  • Interviewing to obtain client testimonials or write website bios for clients
  • Collaborating with designers and other team members
  • Working remotely — home office
  • Willing to learn new workflow platforms like ClickUp or Loomly
  • Dog-friendly applicants preferred as we all have dogs who bark randomly during our Skype and Zoom meetings 🙂
